RESOLUTION 2017-
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DEFINING THE WORK PLAN AND TERM OF THE
PARKING AND INFRASTRUCTURE AD HOC COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, THE Town of Los Gatos has established a Council Ad Hoc Committee
for Parking and Infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to define the work plan and term of the
Committee; and
WHEREAS, direction was provided to staff at the February 7, 2017 Council Meeting
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
1. The work plan for the Parking and Infrastructure Ad Hoc Committee shall
encompass the size, elements, and design of a downtown parking garage to be
located at 224 West Main Street.
2. The Term of the Parking and Infrastructure Ad Hoc Committee shall be 48
months from the date of this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 21st
day of February 2017 by the following vote:
