The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting on Tuesday, February
7, 2017, to hold a Closed Session at 5:30 p.m.

- Requested that the Town Council view the utility costs from a perspective of reducing
programming to the Los Gatos community and consider forgiving all utility costs.

- Commented on NUMU’s donations, management of expenses, admissions, and other
services to the Town.
