THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
B. AUTHORIZE THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO ALL MEASURE B
FUNDING AGREEMENTS WITH THE SANTA CLARA VALLEY
TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY.
