SUBJECT: ADOPT AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ADDING ARTICLE XIV
TO CHAPTER 14 OF THE LOS GATOS TOWN CODE ENTITLED SHORT-TERM
RENTALS
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the Ordinance that was introduced at the Town Council meeting of February 5, 2019,
adding Article XIV to Chapter 14 of the Los Gatos Town Code entitled Short-Term Rentals.
BACKGROUND:
At its February 5, 2019 meeting, the Town Council voted 4-1 to approve the introduction and
first reading adding Article XIV to Chapter 14 of the Los Gatos Town Code entitled Short-Term
Rentals.
DISCUSSION:
If adopted, the Ordinance (Attachment 1), would take effect in thirty (30) days.
