5. Public Nuisance/Administrative Abatement Ordinance to add more compliance tools for Code
Compliance cases.
6. Claims/Settlement Authority Ordinance to streamline the resolution of claims.
7. Short Term Rental Ordinance per prior Council direction with potential additional revenue from
Business Licenses and Transient Occupancy Tax payments.
