REMARKS:
Attachment 12 contains a revised letter from the applicant describing the reasons for the
appeal and the project’s compliance with the Residential Design Guidelines and the Hillside
Development Standards and Guidelines.
Attachment 13 contains a letter from the property owner describing neighborhood outreach for
the project.
Attachment 14 contains a revised landscape sheet to reflect new plantings agreed upon by the
property owner and adjacent neighbor as detailed in Attachment 15. Attachment 15 contains a
