following is an itemized response letter addressing the comments.

1 . Sheet Al.1-Project Data .
a. The Land Use Designation has been revised to reflect the current and proposed.
b . The setback has been revised to state rear {not cellar).
c. The FAR was listed incorrectly on the plans. The allowed areas have been
revised and match your calculations.

3 . The plc;ins hav,e been revised and enclosed are four (4) full size sets. A PDF copy will be
emailed to you later today.

Draft Conditions:
Once conditions of approval have been finalized, they will be added to the permit set.
