RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPOINTING BRUCE ENTIN
TO THE SANTA CLARA VALLEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
COUNTYWIDE BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE (BPAC)
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is in need of a Town
representative to serve on the Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC);

WHEREAS, Marc Jensen's term has expired on the Countywide Bicycle and
Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC);
WHEREAS, Bruce Entin is a member in good standing of the Transportation and
Parking Commission and Chair of the Town's Bicycle Advisory Committee;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Bruce Entin be appointed as the
representative to the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority Countywide Bicycle and
Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 19th day of June, 2006, by the following vote:
