SUBJECT: AUTHORIZE BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,650 TO RECOGNIZE
RECEIPT AND EXPENDITURE OF PACIFIC LIBRARY PARTNERSHIP GRANT FUNDS
RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize budget adjustments in the amount of $11,650 to recognize receipt and expenditure
of Pacific Library Partnership grant funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Library has been successful in obtaining a $11,650 grant administered by the Pacific Library
Partnership for audio/video format transfer equipment. This grant is awarded on a
reimbursement basis after providing receipts showing expenditures to the Pacific Library
Partnership. The funds from this grant will be used to purchase equipment that will allow the
public to transfer analog audio, video, and photographs into digital files.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Expenditures in the amount of $11,650 will be reimbursed by the grant revenue.
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT:
This is not a project defined under CEQA, and no further action is required.
