A Pageant Way Parking Lot Reconstruction
Pageant Way Parking Los Reconstruction
This project reconstructed the existing parking lot on
Pageant Way The original lot was in a failing state due to
storm drainage issues, tree root upheaval, and general
wear. Through this project, an evaluation of the electrical
panel in the parking lot was completed and an expenditure
of $1,437 allowed for retention of the exiting panel.
The total project cost was approximately $216,437
C Blossom Hill Park Little League Backstop
Blossom Hill Park Little League Backstop
This project replaced the outdated backstop at the Blossom
Hill Park baseball field in partnership with the Los Gatos
Little League.
The total project cost was approximately $101,000.
B Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan
Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan
This project developed a Bicycle and Pedestrian Master
Plan which provides a roadmap for enhancing bicycle and
pedestrian mobility throughout the Town. Additionally, the
plan allows the Town to compete more successfully for a
range of regional and State grant funds for bicycle and
pedestrian related improvement projects.
The total project cost was approximately $110,000.

Tennis Courts Repairs – Various Town Parks
This project resurfaced and applied color finish and lines
atop the existing tennis courts at Blossom Hill and La
Rinconada Parks.
The total project cost was approximately $48,000.
E Tiburon CAD/RMS Upgrade
Tiburon CAD/RMS Upgrade
This project completed upgrade of the Police Tiburon
Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System
(CAD/RMS).
The total project cost was approximately $70,000.
