REQUIRED FINDINGS:
TOWN CODE AMENDMENT APPLICATION A-17-002
Consider amendments to Chapter 6 (Buildings and Building Regulations) and Chapter 29 (Zoning
Regulations) of the Town Code regarding fences, hedges, and walls.
FINDINGS
Required Findings for CEQA:
▪ It has been determined that there is no possibility that this project will have a significant
impact on the environment; therefore, the project is not subject to the Califo rnia
Environmental Quality Act, Section 15061 (b)(3): Review for exemption.
Required Findings for General Plan:
▪ The Town Code amendments are consistent with the General Plan.
