SUBJECT: ADOPT AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING CHAPTER
4 OF THE LOS GATOS TOWN CODE ENTITLED ANIMALS AND FOWL
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the Ordinance that was introduced at the Town Council meeting of September 4, 2018,
amending Chapter 4 of the Los Gatos Town Code entitled Animals and Fowl.
BACKGROUND:
At its September 4, 2018 meeting, the Town Council voted 5-0 to approve the introduction and
first reading amending Chapter 4 of the Los Gatos Town Code entitled Animals and Fowl .
DISCUSSION:
If adopted, the Ordinance (Attachment 1), would take effect in thirty (30) days.
