RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DESIGNATING A REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA
WHEREAS, Section 33310 of the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health
and Safety Code Section 33000 et sea.) provides that a redevelopment survey area may be
designated by resolution of the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos desires that the area
hereinafter described be studied to determine if a redevelopment project or projects within
said area are feasible; and
WHEREAS, a redevelopment project or projects may be initiated within this area should
be found that such a project or projects are feasible;
NOW THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby resolve
as follows:
Section 1. The Town Council does hereby designate as a redevelopment survey area
that area shown on the "Map of the Survey Area ", attached hereto as Exhibits A and B and
by this reference made a part hereof.

Section 2. The Town Council hereby finds and determines that said designated survey
area requires study to determine if a redevelopment project or projects within said area are
feasible.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on December
17, 1990 by the following vote:

NAYS: None
ABSENT: Mayor Brent N. Ventura
ABSTAIN: None
