OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACKNOWLEDGING THE AGE RESTRICTION MODIFICATION FOR
THE LOS GATOS COMMONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.00.420
OF THE LOS GATOS ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the Town Council has amended the Zoning Ordinance to define a senior
citizen as a person age 62 or older.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council approves of the age restriction modification
at the Los Gatos Commons to persons who are senior citizens as defined by Zoning
Ordinance Section 2.00.420, except that handicapped residents need not be senior citizens.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos this 17th day of December, 1990 by the following vote:
