RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN OPTION AGREEMENT
WHICH ACKNOWLEDGES AND APPROVES SAID AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA AND MID - PENINSULA HOUSING COALITION
FOR THE SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY ON KNOWLES DRIVE
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into an agreement which
acknowledges and approves an option agreement with the County of Santa Clara and
Mid - Peninsula Housing Coalition for the sale of the County's property on Knowles Drive
in Los Gatos, and that the Mayor is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said
agreement in the name and in behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on
December 17, 1990 by the following vote:
