RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROPRIATING $300,000 TO MID - PENINSULA HOUSING
COALITION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE PROPERTY
ON KNOWLES DRIVE FOR A LOW INCOME HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos will provide Mid - Peninsula Housing
Coalition the sum of one hundred ninety eight thousand eight hundred nineteen dollars
($198,819), drawn from CDBG funds and one hundred one thousand one hundred eighty
one dollars ($101,181) drawn from BMP funds for a total of three hundred thousand dollars
($300,000) which funds shall be used for a down payment for the acquisition of the property
on Knowles Drive for a low income housing development.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on
December 17, 1990 by the following vote:
