RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN ENGINEER TO ISSUE A
REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT TO INSTALL NEW RETAINING
WALL AND CONSTRUCT PRIVATE DRIVEWAY IMPROVEMENTS
WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY
(JACKSON STREET) ADJACENT TO 150 JACKSON STREET
WHEREAS, the property owners at 150 Jackson Street have agreed to accept all
liability for and maintenance of their retaining wall and driveway improvements constructed
in the public right -of -way; and
WHEREAS, authorizing the issuance of this Revocable Encroachment Permit will
satisfy condition of approval No. 10 of the Architecture and Site application for 150 Jackson
Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos that the Town Engineer is hereby authorized to execute the Revocable Encroachment
Permit for Brian F. Brackle and Yolanda Olsen at 150 Jackson Street, a copy of the
application which is attached hereto, as Attachment 3, on behalf of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 17th day of December, 1990 by the following vote:
