RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING CYNTHIA L. GOODMAN
OF THE LOS GATOS COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Cynthia L. Goodman has served the Town of Los Gatos as a
commission member of the Town's Community Services Commission since January 1, 1990;
and,
WHEREAS, during this period, she has unselfishly contributed her time,
energies and capabilities to both the Community Services Commission and the community,
and has assisted the Commission on special projects including, but not limited to the
following:
Work on the Earthquake Preparedness Committee
Member of the Volunteer Committee
Research and work on the Recycling Committee
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public service
deserves special recognition;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that the Los Gatos Town Council
does hereby render, with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to Cynthia
L. Goodman for her service to the Town and its citizens as a commission member of the
Town's Community Services Commission.

Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 17th day of December, 1990, by the following
