RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LICENSE CONTRACT
ADDENDUM WITH DATA WEST CORPORATION FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF AN ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE UPGRADE
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into a license contract
addendum with Data West Corporation in an AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $7,500 for the
installation of an accounting software upgrade, and that the Town Manager is authorized,
and is hereby directed, to execute said contract in the name and in behalf of the Town of
Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 19th day of NOVEMBER, 1990 by the following vote:
