RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING DAVID W. KNAPP, TOWN MANAGER, TO
SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH GATES MCDONALD AND
COMPANY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an agreement with
Gates McDonald and Company for Unemployment Compensation Program Management.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Manager is authorized, and hereby directed
to execute said agreement and all future extensions thereof as approved through the budget
process in the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 19th day of November, 1990, by the following vote:
