RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN
AND THE LOS GATOS WEEKLY -TIMES NEWSPAPER
FOR LEGAL ADVERTISING FROM
NOVEMBER 1, 1990 THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 1991
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an agreement
entitled, AGREEMENT FOR ONE YEAR CONTRACT REGARDING LEGAL
PUBLICATIONS with the Los Gatos Weekly -Times and that the Town Clerk is authorized
to execute said agreement in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at
a regular meeting held this 5th day of November, 1990, by the following vote:
