RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR
CONSULTANT SERVICES TO PREPARE A MARKET STUDY
FOR THREE COMMERCIAL AREAS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the TOWN
enter into an agreement with Economics Research Associates for consultant services for the
preparation of a Market Study for three commercial areas and that the Town Manager is
authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said agreement (attached) in the name and
in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos this 15th day of October, 1990 by the following vote:
