RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR LIBRARY ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
WITH SPENCER ASSOCIATES
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized and
directed to execute a contract for library architectural services with Spencer
Associates.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
Los Gatos this 1st day of October, 1990 by the following vote:
