RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
RATIFYING THE LAND USE REFERRAL PROCESS
FOR BASCOM AVENUE/ROUTE 85 INTERCHANGE CORRIDOR
WHEREAS, the Town Council agrees that it is in the best interest of the Town to
cooperatively establish land use and transportation referral policies and procedures for the
Bascom Avenue /Route 85 Interchange Corridor with the cities of Campbell and San Jose
and the County of Santa Clara; and
WHEREAS, it is important to develop a process that will provide for
interjurisdictional consideration of major development proposals while retaining local land
use control;
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that said
Referral Process is hereby ratified and shall be incorporated into the Town's development
review procedures for the Bascom Avenue /Route 85 Interchange Corridor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 24 th day of September 1990 by the following
vote.
