RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING DAVID W. KNAPP, TOWN MANAGER TO
SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH TERRATECH, INC. FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
FOR PREPARATION OF A GEOTECHNICAL SURVEY OF THE LIBRARY SITE
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an agreement with
Terratech, Inc. entitled "Agreement between the Town of Los Gatos and Terratech, Inc."
for the preparation of a geotechnical survey of the Library site.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Manager is authorized, and hereby directed
to execute said agreement in the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the
24th day of September, 1990, by the following vote:
