RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING DAVID W. KNAPP, TOWN MANAGER TO
SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH APPLIED GEOSYSTEMS FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
FOR THE REMEDIATION PLAN FOR LOT 4, PROJECT 8805
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into an agreement with Applied
GeoSystems entitled "Agreement between the Town of Los Gatos and Applied GeoSystems
for the Parking Assessment District - Lot 4 - Project 8805," a copy of which is attached
hereto.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Manager is authorized, and hereby directed
to execute said agreement in the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 17th
day of September, 1990, by the following vote:
