RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE NEGOTIATION OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR LIBRARY BUILDING CONSULTANT SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized and
directed to negotiate an agreement for library building consultant services
with HBW Associates, Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos this 4th day of September, 1990 by the vollowing vote:
