RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT
WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS, INC. FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
OF THE TOWN'S HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara State of California, enter into an agreement with Environmental
Systems, Inc. for the repair and maintenance of the Town's heating, ventilating
and air conditioning equipment and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is
hereby directed, to execute said agreement in the name and in behalf of the Town
of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 4th day of September, 1990 by the
