RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ADOPTING FEES AND POLICIES FOR PARKING AT OAK MEADOW PARK
WHEREAS, The Los Gatos Town Council adopts the following fee and
regulations governing operation of the Oak Meadow Park parking lot.
A. A parking fee will be charged at Oak Meadow Park on weekends
effective the first weekend in March through the last weekend in
October of each year.
B. A parking fee will be charged at Oak Meadow Park on weekdays from
mid June through mid September of each year.
C. Senior citizens aged 65 or older and handicapped persons with
proper identification are exempt from vehicle parking fee.
D. Los Gatos and Monte Sereno residents: No parking fee. Valid
identification required.
E. All other non - residents: Parking fee $3.00 per day
WHEREAS, this resolution supercedes resolution 1984 -23 passed and adopted
February 21, 1984.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 2nd day of July, 1990 by the following
vote:
