A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE
SECOND AMENDMENT WITH SANTA CLARA COUNTY AND THE
INCORPORATED CITIES TO PROVIDE LOS GATOS LAW ENFORCEMENT
WITH ACCESS TO THE CALIFORNIA IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM
WHEREAS, The Town wishes to continue participating in the California
Identification System with the County and each of the incorporated cities within Santa Clara
County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos that the Interim Town Manager is authorized to execute the Second Amendment To
Agreement To Provide Local Law Enforcement Agency Access To The California
Identification System.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of JULY, 1990, by the following vote:
