1990-144-Adopting Traffic Impact Mitigation FeesRESOLUTION 1990 -144 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ADOPTING TRAFFIC IMPACT MITIGATION FEES RESOLVED, the Town Council hereby establishes a traffic impact fee payable pursuant to Chapter 37 of the Town Code as follows: LAND USE UNIT Residential Single Family Detached Dwelling Unit $ 5,922 Apartment /two - family/ Dwelling Unit $ 3,662 Multi- Family Condominium /Townhouse Dwelling Unit $ 3,972 (Planned Unit Development) Mobile Home Dwelling Unit $ 3,108 Retail /Office Retail & Commercial 1,000 sq. ft. $ 4,200 Restaurant 1,000 sq. ft. $ 8,400 Office 1,000 sq. ft. $ 4,200 Industrial Warehousing & 1,000 sq. ft. $ 3,800 General Light Industry Outdoor Activities Ac. $ 1,000 Hospitals Convalescent Hospitals Bed $ 1,443 & Congregate Care Facility General Hospitals Bed $ 3,200 Ord- Reso \Resos \Fees.Trf 1 FURTHER RESOLVED, fees are collected by the Engineering or Building Department, as applicable. FURTHER RESOLVED, this Resolution supersedes Resolution No. 1988 -2.
