RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
TO FORM AN OPEN SPACE MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF TRACT 8280
VASONA HILLS SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT 300 BLOSSOM HILL ROAD
WHEREAS, Ainsley Development, Incorporated, developer of the Vasona Hills
Subdivision has petitioned the Town to undertake special assessment proceedings for the
maintenance of designated open space areas within said subdivision.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at their May 23, 1990 meeting, recommended
the formation of an Open Space Maintenance District within said subdivision.
WHEREAS, the Town Council conducted the public hearing and found that the
petitioner, Ainsley Development, Incorporated owns more than one half of the area of the
land included within the proposed assessment district.
NOW THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the Town Engineer is hereby authorized to institute an Open Space Maintenance
District within the bounds of Tract 8280, Vasona Hills Subdivision located at 300 Blossom
Hill Road, in accordance with California Government Code, Sections 50575 - 50615, Open
Space Maintenance Districts.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 2nd
day of July, 1990 by the following vote:
