RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM TOWN MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE
AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF A
SAVIN 7500 COPY MACHINE
WHEREAS, The Town wishes to replace the existing Canon NP270 copier with a
Savin Model 7500;
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Interim Town Manager is authorized and hereby directed
to negotiate and execute a contract for the acquisition of a Savin 7500 through a purchase
agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 2nd
day of July, 1990 by the following vote:
