RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING DIANE MCNUTT -CRONK
OF THE LOS GATOS MUSEUM COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Diane McNutt -Cronk has served the Town of Los Gatos as a
commission member of the Town's Museum Commission since June 1987; and,
WHEREAS, during this period, she has unselfishly contributed her
time, energies and capabilities to both the Museum Commission and the community,
and has assisted the Commission on special projects including, but not limited
to:
• Chair of the Commission
• Vice -Chair of the Commission
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public service
deserves special recognition;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that the Los Gatos Town Council does hereby render, with
genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to Diane McNutt -Cronk for
her service to the Town and its citizens as a commission member of the Town's
Museum Commission.

Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of June, 1990, by the
