RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING THE DEFERRED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
WITH THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the Town
enter into an agreement with the County of Santa Clara for deferred annexation
agreements, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute
said agreement in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos this 18th day of June, 1990 by the following vote:
