A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM TOWN MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE
AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
ONE 1989 OR LATER MODEL
USED CAR WITH THREE YEAR WARRANTY
WHEREAS, The Town wishes to replace one 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass with a 1989
or later model used car.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the Interim Town Manager is authorized and hereby directed to
negotiate and execute a contract for the acquisition of one 1989 or later model used car
with three year warranty through a purchase agreement with national Car Rental.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of JUNE, 1990, by the following vote:
