RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF INTENTION TO FORM AN OPEN SPACE MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF TRACT 8280
VASONA HILLS SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT 300 BLOSSOM HILL ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is the intention of the Town Council to form, under the provisions of the
California Government Code, Section 50575 - 50615, an Open Space Maintenance
Assessment District within the bounds of Tract 8280, Vasona Hills Subdivision, located at
300 Blossom Hill Road.
2. On July 2, 1990, in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, 110 E. Main Street,
Los Gatos, California, the Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider whether or
not to institute the Open Space Maintenance District within the three (3) designated Open
Space Areas, Vasona Hills Subdivision. The meeting will begin at 7:30 PM. All persons
interested are invited to attend and be heard.
3. The Town clerk is authorized, and is hereby directed to publish a copy of this
resolution in a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the Town of
Los Gatos, within fifteen (15) days after the date of its adoption.

Gatos held on the 4th day of June, 1990 by the following vote:
