RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND OFFICE OF PROCURMENT,
DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of The Town of Los Gatos does hereby
authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the State
of California to purchase Materials, Supplies and Equipment for and on the behalf
of The Town of Los Gatos pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and that
The Town Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all
necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf
of The Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of The Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on 7th day of May, 1990, by the following vote:
