APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PROJECT 8907/8908 - LIVE OAK MANOR AND
BLOSSOM HILL PARK PLAYGROUND
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to
carry out Project 8907/8908 - Live Oak Manor and Blossom Hill Park Playground in the
Town of Los Gatos; and
WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has presented the finalized plans and Specifications
for the Project 8907/8908 - Live Oak Manor and Blossom Hill Park Playground;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that these plans and specifications, entitled
"Town of Los Gatos Specifications - Project 8907/8908 - Live Oak Manor and Blossom Hill
Park Playground ", dated April 2, 1990, on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby
approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the work
specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications, and said advertisement shall be
substantially in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at a
regular meeting of the Town Council held on this 16th day of April, 1990 by the following
vote:
