RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH UNITED STATES ESCROW AND NILSEN TRUDEAU ASSOCIATES
FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TOWN'S
CALIFORNIA NATURAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CALDAP)
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, authorizes the Town Manager to
enter a contract for services with UNITED STATES ESCROW AND NILSEN TRUDEAU
ASSOCIATES, in the name and in behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 2nd day of April, 1990, by the following vote:
