RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
RATIFYING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDING
FROM THE AMERICAN RED CROSS FOR DISASTER RELIEF
WHEREAS, the Town Council has reviewed and hereby ratifies an application
for a grant from the American Red Cross in the amount of $625,000 (housing rehabilitation
needs $300,000, family service needs $75,000, and ongoing emergency response coordination
$250,000) to assist in the recovery and resumption of normal, pre- earthquake living
conditions in the Town of Los Gatos.
BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
act on the Town's behalf in all matters pertaining to this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 5th day of March, 1990 by the following vote:
