RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDING
FROM THE STATE SUDDEN AND SEVERE ECONOMIC
DISLOCATION GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Town Council has reviewed and hereby approves an application for
a grant from the Sudden and Severe Economic Dislocation Grant Program in the amount
of $50,000.00 to assist in the formation of a Redevelopment Agency to aid in the economic
recovery of the downtown area.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos as follows:
The Planning Director /Deputy Town Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
act on the Town's behalf in all matters pertaining to this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on March
5, 1990, by the following vote:
