RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION
OF THE AGREEMENT WITH PANNELL KERR FORSTER
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos extend the agreement with
PANNELL KERR FORSTER (a copy of which is attached hereto) for auditing services
until end of Fiscal Year, 1990, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby
directed, to execute said agreement in the name and in behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, held on the 20th day of February, 1990 by the following vote:

Dear Deborah:
Per your reauest, we hereby agree to extend our auditing services contract
for one additional year ending June 30, 1990.
Our proposed fee for the additional year is as follows:

Single Audit — FEMA Grants — 5,000
Redevelopment Agency — 3,000
Total $31,000 $41,000
The proposed increase of $10,000 is primarily attributed to increase in
single audit scope due to the earthquake, $5,000; and preparing financial
statements for the Redevelopment Agency, $3,000.
Pannell Kerr Forster wants to continue to serve the Town of Los Gatos.
Therefore, we request that you consider this agreement as an expression of
our continuing commitment to provide quality professional services to your
town.
