RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING
PARKING RESTRICTION (RED ZONE) AT 140 SOUTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -45, "Parking
Regulation', the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish the
following traffic regulation:
PARKING RESTRICTION FOR 140 SOUTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE /TOLL
HOUSE HOTEL
Red shall mean no stopping, standing or parking at any time, except as
permitted by the Vehicle Code of the State of California and except that a bus may stop
in a red zone marked or signed as a bus zone.
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith are hereby
rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed to
install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 5th day of February, 1990, by the following vote:
