RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING EXTENSION TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND
THE TOWN EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION (TEA)
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Manager is authorized to sign an extension
of the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos. Salaries are
hereby set as shown in Appendix C (attached).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 5th day of March, 1990 by the following vote:

AYES: Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Robert L. Hamilton,
Brent N. Ventura and Mayor Thomas J. Ferrito.

TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TENTATIVE AGREEMENT
Town of Los Gatos Employees Association and the Town of Los Gatos have agreed to extend the 1989-
90 Memorandum of Agreement until July 1, 1991. It is further agreed that all provisions of the Agreement
shall be maintained, with the exception that the Salary Schedule in Appendix B shall be increased by five
percent (5 %) across the board. Such increase shall be effective February 18, 1990.
