RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THE CABLE TELEVISION
FRANCHISE FROM HEARST CABLEVISION OF CALIFORNIA INC.,
TO BRENMOR CABLE PARTNERS
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos approves the transfer of the cable
television franchise from Hearst Cablevision of California, Inc., to Brenmor Cable Partners
and the Mayor is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said agreement in the name
and in behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, held on the 18th day of DECEMBER, 1989, by the following vote:
