RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING
RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND
HAZEL CILKER SMITH AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN
MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos seeks to acquire all property
rights in the underlying fee in Boone Lane held by Hazel Cilker
Smith to proceed with the construction of a parking facility in
accordance with the Downtown Parking Assessment District; and
WHEREAS, Hazel Cilker Smith has executed a right of way
agreement between herself and the Town of Los Gatos relating to
said property rights.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
that the Right of Way Agreement between the Town and Hazel Cilker
Smith, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby
approved and the Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute said
document on behalf of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 20th day of
November, 1989 by the following vote.
