RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DENYING
APPEAL OF A REQUIREMENT TO INSTALL A FOUNDATION
ON A SECONDARY DWELLING UNIT
(16810 FARLEY ROAD - CRAIG MONTGOMERY)
WHEREAS:
1. Alex Hood and Craig Montgomery have appealed a decision of the Director
of Building Services as follows: requirement to install a foundation in a secondary dwelling
unit at 16810 Farley road to comply with the minimum standards of the Uniform Housing
Code as required by Section 3.96.040 of the Town Zoning Ordinance; and
2. A public hearing was held on October 16, 1989.
BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds that Bruce Neimeyer has withdrawn his
appeal and applied for a perimeter foundation for the secondary dwelling unit at 16810
Farley Road.
2. Based on the foregoing, the Town Council hereby denies the appeal.
Pursuant to Los Gatos Town Code Section 1 -15, the time for seeking judicial review
for the Town Council decision is governed by California Code of Civil Procedure Section
1094.6.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of November, 1989 by the following vote.
