RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
COUNTY AND THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989 -90
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos participates in the County
Cooperative Community Development Block Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development
requires an individual contract between the County of Santa Clara
and participating cities; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos hereby authorizes the Town Manager to execute
the Agreement for Community Development Block Grant funds for the
period July 1, 1989, through June 30, 1990, between the County of
Santa Clara and the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the Town of Los Gatos this 16th day of October, 1989,
by the following vote:
