A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE INSPECTION AND
LICENSING OF ANIMAL -DRAWN VEHICLES FOR HIRE,
THE ANIMAL, OPERATORS AND DRIVERS.
RESOLVED, that there be a fee imposed for the Police Department service
as follows, and amending Resolution No. 1988 -26.
WHEREAS, Chapter 29 of the Town Code of the Town of Los Gatos provides
for issuance of a Horse -Drawn Vehicle Operators License and payment of application fees
and annual renewal fees in connection therewith:
as follows:
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
The following fee schedule is established for licenses issued pursuant to Los
Gatos Town Code Chapter 29:
Horse -drawn Vehicle Operators Permit:
Application Fee $35
Drivers Permit (Annual) $20
Vehicle Permit and Inspection Fee $25
Annual Renewal and Inspection Fee $20
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED that payment of the above listed fees
are required for all holders and drivers in addition to payment of the annual business
license fee as provided for each in Chapter 15 of the Los Gatos Town Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of October, 1989 by the following vote:
